On June 6, 2026, Alessandra and AJ Collins were married at Culver Academies Memorial Chapel in Culver, Indiana, before celebrating with family and friends at Swan Lake Resort in Plymouth. Their wedding was a beautiful reflection of faith, legacy, and a love story that had come full circle. Thoughtful, romantic, and deeply meaningful, every part of the day pointed back to the place where it all began.
Few wedding venues carry the significance that Culver Academies held for Alessandra and AJ. The soaring architecture of Culver Academies Memorial Chapel provided a breathtaking setting for their vows, while the lakefront beauty of Culver offered the perfect backdrop for portraits. From quiet moments beneath the tree where they shared their first kiss as teenagers to golden light dancing across the water, the day felt layered with history, memory, and anticipation for the future.
One of the most meaningful moments of the ceremony was the Marriage Crucifix, where Alessandra and AJ kissed the crucifix after exchanging vows, symbolizing Christ at the center of their marriage.
Almost a decade after meeting as 13-year-old students at Culver Academies, they stood in the very chapel where they once attended Mass together, promising forever in the place their story first took root.
Later, we returned to the tree where they shared their first kiss as teenagers—a simple moment that beautifully connected the beginning of their relationship to the beginning of their marriage.
